Return policy

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Return conditions

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

  • The following items cannot be returned: intimate or sanitary products, gift cards, software downloads, and any perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers).

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return procedure

To return your product, you must contact us by email at batfit.apparel@gmail.com
We will then send you a return label to print and attach to the package.

Return shipping costs

The shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and our decision (approval or rejection).
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 business days.

Partial refunds (where applicable)

A partial refund may be granted only if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use,

  • Or the item is not returned in its complete original packaging.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items.

Sale or promotional items

All items, whether regular-priced or on promotion, are subject to the same return and refund conditions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was sent to the buyer, the refund will be issued in the buyer's name.

Secure shipping

If you are returning an item worth more than 75 €, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or insuring your shipment.
We do not guarantee receipt of a returned item without valid tracking.
