Where do we ship your order from?

Our offices are in Annecy, France. Your orders are prepared and shipped from France.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an e-mail with your tracking number, and you can follow your parcel at any time on the Track my order page.

When will I receive my order?

The estimated delivery is shown under the buy button and before payment, depending on your address and the carrier. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If your parcel seems late, write to us at batfit.apparel@gmail.com with your order number.
